NEW Add to Contacts!
We heard your feedback loud and clear – this highly requested feature is just for you! We recently added a new “Add to Contacts” button when viewing a member’s profile in the app directory. This will gave members a quick and easy way to add a member to their phone contacts. Clicking the button automatically creates a contact in your phone pulling in first name, last name, phone number, email address, and physical address of the member you are adding. We’re thrilled to partner with you as we continue to shape the landscape of the private club industry. Thank you for your support, ideas, and patronage.

When Hillendale Country Club’s dining renovations created the perfect opportunity for a software upgrade, leadership had an important decision to make. Their current provider gave them a “bare-bones” operation that left much to be desired. “We were really limited on using technology to help the club in any way when it came to structure,” said President Gabrielle Hart.
Read on to hear how Hillendale Country Club conquered the software search, chose the provider that was right for their needs, and increased both revenue and engagement by utilizing their new-found tools.
Next Gen Mobile App Improvements:
— New Add to Contacts feature- Added a Add to Contacts button when viewing a member’s profile in the app directory. This will automatically create a contact in your phone pulling in first name, last name, phone number, email address, and physical address of the member you are adding.
— Increased the size of the letter selection in the directory to make it easier to select a certain letter.
Next Gen Spa Management/Professional Services Reservations Improvements
— Added color coding for categories of services on the schedule.
— Froze the schedule view when scrolling down so you can see the dates, names of specialists or resources, etc. as you scroll down to times later in the day.
— Schedule view will dynamically size to allow the display of more specialists by default- it is no longer capped at 7 specialists- so if you zoom out in your browser, or if you are using a large monitor, you should see more specialists schedules by default.
— Alternate Schedules can be set for providers/specialists (often used seasonally) in the Provider’s profile.
— New option for schedulers to prevent notifications from going out when booking a reservation if needed.
— Option to open/close reservations at a certain time of day, ex: reservations open 7 days in advance at 7:00 AM or reservations close day of at 12:00 AM.
— Added a "Daily" option for recurring blocks and recurring reservations.
— Added more recurrence intervals for weekly and monthly options (up to 12).
— Admins can now override and book into times that are unavailable based on the provider's default schedule.
— Staff members are now bookable for Spa appointments.
— Option to hide provider contact information from members.
— Admins can set and edit commission rates for providers/specialists for categories of services in the Spa system. The reporting to support this and complete this will be handled in a future release- so this cannot be fully utilized until the reporting piece is built out.
KDS Improvements:
— Clubs that are utilizing our KDS system will now see a new Notification Icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen which will display the 10 most recent events in the KDS helping their kitchen staff to track what is going on during a busy time period
— Clubs utilizing our KDS system may now also notice that the overall ticket timer has been uncapped from the previous cap of 99:59 allowing for more precie reporting on any ticket that was in the KDS longer than 99 min 59s
— The KDS Bump Bar will now also switch between table # and ticket # when a user presses on the ticket header to help eliminate confusion when information is being called out to the kitchen staff
